THE CONGRESS WILL DISCUSS AND ADOPT IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS

• Political Report of the 13th Central Committee at the 14th National Congress
• Report summarizing several theoretical and practical issues regarding the socialist-oriented "Doi Moi" (Renovation) process over the past 40 years in Vietnam
• Report summarizing 15 years of implementing the Party Charter (2011-2025) and proposing orientations for supplements and amendments to the Party Charter
• Review report on the leadership and direction of the 13th Party Central Committee

The personnel preparation for the 14th Central Committee is conducted by the 13th Central Committee and the Personnel Subcommittee in accordance with Party regulations, the principle of democratic centralism, and legal provisions; in a synchronous, scientific, methodical, strict, democratic, objective, and transparent manner, promoting democracy and wisdom; ensuring a harmony and rationality between standards and structure; between inheritance, stability and innovation, development; between professional training and strengths, practical capacity; and between prestige, work experience and development trends.
