Vinachem: Conference to Review Party Work and Production and Business Operations in 2025, Deploying Tasks for 2026

Implementing the 2025 work program and Plan No. 66/KH-DAP2 dated January 15, 2025, DAP No. 2 Joint Stock Company – Vinachem organized a Conference to review Party work and production and business operations in 2025 and to deploy tasks for 2026.

The conference was attended and directed by Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Binh – Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Member of the Member Council of Vietnam National Chemical Group, and Mr. Nguyen Van Luyen – Deputy General Director of the Group. Also attending the conference were representatives of the local leadership of Tang Loong commune; comrades in the Standing Committee and Executive Committee of the Company's Party Committee; the Board of Directors, Board of Management, Supervisory Board, Chief Accountant, and all party members in the Company's Party Committee.

At the conference, delegates heard the Report reviewing Party work and production and business operations in 2025, as well as directions and tasks for 2026.

Comprehensive Leadership, Maintaining Stability Amidst Many Challenges

The report showed that in 2025, the Party Committee of DAP No. 2 Joint Stock Company – Vinachem closely followed the resolutions and directions of the Vietnam National Chemical Group's Party Committee; promptly issued resolutions to lead the implementation of annual tasks, and strengthened its comprehensive leadership role over production and business activities and Party building work.

In the context of a world economy containing many risks, a fertilizer market heavily impacted by fluctuations in raw material prices, a decline in apatite ore supply, and increasing requirements for environmental protection, the Company's Party Committee focused on leading and directing the stability of employees' ideology, maintaining discipline and order in management, and creating high consensus throughout the unit. Integrating Party building work with political tasks and production and business was identified as a consistent solution, contributing to maintaining stable and effective production.

Party Building Work Continued to Be Deployed Synchronously and Substantively

Party building work during the year was deployed synchronously and achieved many positive results. The Company's Party Committee successfully organized the congresses of subordinate party cells and the Company's Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term; seriously implemented the rearrangement and streamlining of the apparatus according to the spirit of Conclusion No. 126-KL/TW, merging departments, reducing focal points, and mobilizing and rotating officials in accordance with practical requirements.

In particular, party member development work achieved outstanding results, with the number of newly admitted party members exceeding the target set by the resolution, contributing to improving the leadership capacity and combat strength of the Party organization within the enterprise.

Production and Business Breakthrough, Achieving the Highest Results Ever

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Company's Party Committee, reports on the review of Party work in 2025 and the deployment of tasks for 2026 at the Conference.

On a foundation of solid political leadership, the Company's production and business activities in 2025 achieved many outstanding results. Despite facing a shortage of floated apatite ore, a decline in raw material quality compared to design, and high input material prices, the Company proactively adjusted production plans, supplemented domestic and foreign raw ore, flexibly mixed raw materials, and optimized technology to ensure the stable operation of the production lines.

As a result, production output reached 223,168 tons of DAP, equal to 101% of the plan; consumption volume reached 222,699 tons, equal to 100.3% of the plan. Net revenue reached 3,534.3 billion VND, equal to 123% of the plan and an increase of 27% compared to 2024. Profit reached 382.2 billion VND, equal to 560% of the annual plan, the highest level since the DAP No. 2 Plant went into operation.

With this result, DAP No. 2 Joint Stock Company – Vinachem was one of the five units with the highest profits in 2025 within the Vietnam National Chemical Group, affirming the effectiveness of production and business management, the ability to adapt flexibly to market fluctuations, and the effective leadership role of the Party organization in the enterprise.

Effective Governance, Good Care for Employees' Lives

Parallel to improving production efficiency, the Company implemented synchronous management solutions and cost reductions, with an estimated total reduction value of about 124 billion VND. Equipment repair and maintenance were strengthened to ensure stable and high-load operation of the production lines; the consumption market was closely monitored for developments to promptly adjust production plans and sales policies, maintaining the domestic market share and the prestige of the DAP Lao Cai brand.
Employment and income for workers continued to be guaranteed, with the average income reaching 17.8 million VND/person/month, an increase of 19% compared to the previous year.

Close Direction, Clear Orientation for the Coming Period

Speaking at the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Binh recognized and highly appreciated the efforts and comprehensive results of the Party Committee, the leadership, and the collective of employees of the Company in 2025. She emphasized that the results achieved not only reflected flexible and effective management capacity but also clearly demonstrated the consistent leadership role of the Party organization, especially during a period of many difficulties and challenges.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Binh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Member of the Member Council of the Group, recognizes and highly evaluates the comprehensive results of DAP No. 2 Joint Stock Company - Vinachem in 2025.

She requested the Company to continue following the Party's resolutions and the Group's directions; proactively identify risks, especially regarding raw material supply, input costs, and the consumption market; focus on definitively handling existing issues in investment work, project finalization, and environmental issues. Simultaneously, improve the quality of corporate governance, use resources effectively, and aim for stable and sustainable development.

Mr. Vu Viet Tien, Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director of DAP No. 2 Joint Stock Company - Vinachem, affirms the determination to complete the tasks of 2026 and maintain production and business efficiency.

Accepting the directions, Mr. Vu Viet Tien – Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director of the Company, affirmed that the Party Committee and the Board of Management would seriously absorb and concretize them into action programs and plans for 2026. The Company will continue to promote the tradition of solidarity and the core leadership role of the Party organization; promote the application of science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation according to the spirit of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW.

2026 Goal: Cautious, Sustainable

Moving into 2026, the Company sets a target to produce and consume 248,000 tons of DAP, an increase of 11.1% compared to 2025; expected revenue is 3,841 billion VND, an increase of 8.7%. In the context of a still-volatile market, the planned profit is 122.7 billion VND, equivalent to 32.1% compared to the 2025 performance, showing a cautious management orientation, prioritizing financial safety, risk control, and sustainable development.

With the close attention and direction of the Vietnam National Chemical Group along with the high determination of all officials, party members, and employees, DAP No. 2 – Vinachem strives to comprehensively complete the tasks of 2026, maintain production and business efficiency, and contribute positively to the general results of the Group.
On this occasion, the Conference awarded certificates of merit to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in 2025.
