In celebration of the 68th anniversary of President Hồ Chí Minh’s visit to Lào Cai (23/9/1958 – 23/9/2026) and the 71st anniversary of Apatit Vietnam Company’s founding (23/9/1955 – 23/9/2026), the General Director and Trade Union of Apatit Vietnam Company jointly organised a sports tournament featuring four disciplines: table tennis, badminton, pickleball, and mixed men’s and women’s soft volleyball.

The tournament opened at 8:00 am on 19th September 2026 at the Apatit Vietnam Company Workers’ Sports Hall, with the participation of staff and workers from across the company.

Table tennis, badminton, and pickleball events were held over two days, 19th and 20th September 2026; the mixed soft volleyball tournament took place on 21st and 22nd September 2026.

The sports tournament is one of the practical activities commemorating Apatit Vietnam Company’s anniversary, while also providing a healthy playground to enhance spiritual life and strengthen bonds among staff and workers.

With the spirit of “Solidarity – Honesty – Fairness – Safety”, all athletes competed enthusiastically and responsibly, creating a lively atmosphere and helping to promote unity and the corporate culture. Through these sporting exchanges, employees had further opportunities to meet, share, and encourage each other after work.

The tournament also reflects the care of the company’s leadership and Trade Union for workers’ health and wellbeing. This activity motivates staff and workers to continue to unite, overcome challenges, work safely and efficiently, and contribute to the continued development of Apatit Vietnam Company.

At the close of the tournament, the Organising Committee awarded first, second, and third prizes to the athletes and teams with outstanding achievements in each event.
