To mark the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day (27 July 1947 – 27 July 2026), on 22nd July, the Trade Union of Vietnam Apatit Limited Company, in coordination with other company organisations, visited, encouraged, and presented gifts in gratitude to families of war martyrs whose children are working at the company.

This is an annual activity of profound humanitarian significance, reflecting the tradition of “When drinking water, remember its source” and “Repaying those who showed gratitude”, and expressing appreciation for the immense contributions and sacrifices of the heroes and martyrs for the nation’s independence and freedom.

During the visits, the delegation inquired after the health, living conditions, and daily life of the martyrs’ relatives, and expressed deep gratitude for the sacrifices and contributions of the families in the cause of national liberation, construction and defence.

Company Trade Union representatives affirmed that the entire staff and workforce of Apatit Vietnam always respect and remember the merits of the heroes and martyrs, and previous generations who contributed and sacrificed for the nation’s independence and freedom. These values continue to inspire the company’s staff and workers to labour and produce, contributing to the sustainable development of the business.

The delegation also hoped that the families would continue to uphold the revolutionary tradition, maintain good health, encourage their children and grandchildren to study, work, and comply with Party guidelines, State policies and laws, and remain shining examples for the younger generation.

On this occasion, the company’s Trade Union presented meaningful gifts to the families, demonstrating the company’s care, responsibility, and affection for policy families and relatives of martyrs. Although modest in material value, the gifts embodied the gratitude and shared sympathy of the staff, workers, and employees of Vietnam Apatit Limited Company.

In addition to direct visits, the Trade Union continues to review and care for union members and workers who are children of martyrs, wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, and those who have contributed to the revolution working in the company’s units, in order to promptly encourage and create favourable conditions for them to work with peace of mind, remain attached to the company, and contribute to its development.

Moved by the attention of the company’s leadership, Trade Union, and organisations, representatives of the martyrs’ families expressed heartfelt thanks, and affirmed that they would continue to uphold the revolutionary tradition, encourage their children and grandchildren to study, work, and fulfil their duties well.

The act of paying tribute on War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day not only demonstrates the social responsibility and tradition of affection at Vietnam Apatit Limited Company, but also helps educate patriotism, gratitude, and community responsibility among staff, union members, and workers, especially the younger generation. Through such practical actions, the company’s Trade Union continues to affirm its role in accompanying the business in caring for workers, ensuring social welfare, and building a humane corporate culture.
