On the occasion of the 116th anniversary of International Women’s Day (March 8, 1910 – March 8, 2026) and the 1,986th anniversary of the Hai Ba Trung Uprising, the Trade Union of Apatit Vietnam Company organized many practical and meaningful activities for female staff and employees throughout the Company, helping to create a vibrant atmosphere of emulation and encouraging employees to actively participate in production activities.

Through the series of commemorative activities, the Company’s Trade Union promoted communication about the historical significance of International Women’s Day on March 8 and the heroic struggle tradition of Vietnamese women associated with the Hai Ba Trung Uprising. These activities helped foster national pride, strengthen confidence in the leadership of the Party, and encourage female staff and employees to promote solidarity and creativity in their work, actively contributing to the overall development of the Company.

Along with communication on traditional values, trade union organizations at all levels within the Company also focused on improving the quality of women’s affairs activities, aiming to build a positive working environment and create conditions for female employees to develop comprehensively. Communication content focused on reviewing the glorious traditions of Vietnamese women; promoting the International Day of Happiness (March 20); introducing the criteria for building happy families; and encouraging female staff and workers to actively study and improve their professional knowledge, life skills, and family-building skills through materials related to parenting knowledge and skills.
One of the notable activities was the participation in “Ao Dai Week” from March 1 to March 8, 2026, during which female staff and employees wore traditional ao dai on March 6, 2026. This activity helped honor the beauty of Vietnam’s traditional costume and spread the image of Apatit Vietnam women as graceful, confident, and dynamic in both work and life.

In addition, cultural and sports activities were organized enthusiastically, attracting a large number of union members and employees. The Company’s Trade Union coordinated with the Sports Steering Committee to organize Pickleball and Table Tennis tournaments, creating a healthy playground, strengthening exchanges among employees, promoting physical exercise, and improving the spiritual well-being of staff and workers throughout the Company.

The series of activities celebrating International Women’s Day at Apatit Vietnam Company not only honored the role and contributions of female staff and employees but also created motivation for them to continue promoting the fine traditions of Vietnamese women, actively learning, working creatively, and contributing to the sustainable development of the Company and the Vietnamese chemical industry.
