Joining the vibrant atmosphere of emulation celebrating International Women’s Day on March 8, Youth Month, and toward the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term, on March 4 and 5, Ha Bac Nitrogen Fertilizer and Chemicals Joint Stock Company successfully organized the 22nd Traditional Women Employees’ Badminton Tournament in 2026.

This tournament marks the opening activity in the Company’s series of cultural and sports events for 2026, aiming to further promote physical training and sports activities, improve health, physical fitness, determination, and resilience among staff and employees in general and female employees in particular, meeting the requirements of new tasks and challenges. At the same time, the tournament also provided a healthy playground to enhance exchanges and connections among units, contributing to the Company’s continued development and strength.

The tournament attracted more than 60 athletes from 11 units, competing in eight categories. With the spirit of “Solidarity – Honesty – Fair Play,” the athletes competed wholeheartedly and delivered many exciting and engaging matches. The enthusiastic encouragement of spectators further contributed to the lively and cheerful atmosphere throughout the event.

At the closing ceremony, the Organizing Committee presented eight sets of prizes for the competition categories and, notably, awarded encouragement prizes to all participating athletes. The success of the tournament helped generate a stronger spirit of emulation across the Company and served as a meaningful activity celebrating International Women’s Day on March 8, while also looking toward the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term.
