The Party Committee of the Vietnam National Chemical Group Transfers Three Party Organizations to Local Authorities
In implementation of Conclusion No. 208-KL/TW of the Politburo and the Secretariat on reorganizing Party organizations within economic groups and state-owned corporations, and based on decisions of the Government Party Committee, the Party Committee of the Vietnam National Chemical Group (VINACHEM), and the Party committees of the wards and communes where the enterprises are located, on January 16, 2026, the Party Committee of VINACHEM held a conference to transfer three grassroots Party organizations to local authorities.

Accordingly, the Party Committee of VINACHEM completed the transfer of: the Party Committee of DAP–Vinachem Joint Stock Company (with 156 Party members and 15 subordinate Party cells) to come under the Party Committee of Dong Hai Ward, Hai Phong City; the Party Committee of Vietnam Apatite One-Member Limited Liability Company (with 657 Party members and 52 subordinate Party cells) to come under the Party Committee of Cam Duong Ward, Lao Cai Province; and the Party Committee of DAP No. 2 – Vinachem Joint Stock Company (with 157 Party members and 11 subordinate Party cells) to come under the Party Committee of Tang Loong Commune, Lao Cai Province.

The transfer was carried out on the basis of decisions issued by competent authorities, ensuring full compliance with the principles and procedures prescribed by the Party. At the same time, it maintains the Party’s leadership within enterprises and creates favorable conditions for Party organizations to strengthen their close ties with local Party committees and authorities in leadership, direction, and the organization of political task implementation.
After receiving the transferred Party organizations, local Party committees affirmed their continued commitment to providing leadership, guidance, and favorable conditions to help Party organizations and Party members quickly stabilize their organizational structures and fully promote their role as the political nucleus within enterprises. This, in turn, contributes to building clean and strong Party organizations, effectively carrying out production and business tasks, and making positive contributions to local socio-economic development.
The transfer of Party organizations represents a concrete step in implementing the Party’s policy on restructuring and consolidating Party organizations within state-owned enterprises, thereby contributing to improving the quality of Party building work and enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of leadership by Party committees in the new context.
