The year 2025 witnessed numerous fluctuations, creating both opportunities and challenges. Developments in the global and regional context had far-reaching impacts on the domestic economy and on the production and business activities of enterprises in general, and of Viet Tri Chemical Joint Stock Company in particular. Nevertheless, under the resolute leadership and direction of the Company’s Party Committee and Board of Management, together with the persistent efforts of the collective of cadres, Party members, and employees in fulfilling political tasks as well as production and business duties, the Company overcame difficulties and challenges and achieved certain positive results in 2025. On January 15, 2026, Viet Tri Chemical Joint Stock Company organized the Conference to review Party-building activities and production and business performance in 2025, and to deploy tasks for 2026.

Attending the Conference on behalf of the Vietnam National Chemical Group (VINACHEM) were Comrade Nguyen Huu Tu – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Director of the Group; Comrade Nguyen Van Quy – Standing Deputy Secretary of the Group’s Party Committee; Comrade Le Hoang – Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Head of the Party Committee’s Inspection Commission, Deputy General Director of the Group, and Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors; Comrade Ho Thi Mai Huong – Vice President of the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union; together with representatives from specialized departments of the Group’s Party Committee, administration, and trade union.

On the Company’s side, participants included members of the Executive Committee of the Company’s Party Committee; members of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board; managers of departments and units; executive committees of mass organizations; and exemplary representatives in production and labor, representing all Party members and employees of the Company.

In his opening remarks, Comrade Van Dinh Hoan assessed the difficulties and challenges faced in implementing political tasks and production and business activities in 2025. He acknowledged the efforts, unity, and solidarity of the collective of cadres and employees that enabled the Company to overcome difficulties and achieve certain results. Specifically, the actual industrial production value reached VND 1,439 billion, equivalent to 106.6% of that in 2024; total revenue reached VND 1,816 billion, equivalent to 112.3% compared to 2024; and profit reached VND 120 billion, equivalent to 113.2% of the previous year. He also thoroughly addressed opinions and recommendations from Party cells and subordinate units at the Conference, pointed out existing shortcomings and limitations, and proposed key solutions to improve governance efficiency, stabilize production, and lay the foundation for the strategic period 2026–2030.

In his directive address, Comrade Nguyen Huu Tu provided an overview assessment of the situation and performance of the Vietnam National Chemical Group in 2025 amid complex and volatile global and regional developments. On that basis, he recognized and commended the efforts of the Company’s leadership, cadres, and employees in overcoming difficulties while ensuring jobs and income for workers.
