16 Individuals from Vinachem Units Awarded Creative Labour Certificates for 2025
On 12 October 2026, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour issued Decision No. 512/QĐ-TLĐ awarding Creative Labour Certificates to 31 individuals under the Vietnam Industry and Trade Union for outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement of 2025. Among them, 16 are currently working at units under the Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem).
According to the accompanying list, Vinachem recipients include 9 individuals from The Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company (CASUMINA), 3 from Dry Cell & Storage Battery Joint Stock Company (PINACO), 2 from Van Dien Fused Phosphate Fertiliser Joint Stock Company, and 2 from the Vietnam Institute of Industrial Chemistry.
These individuals were recognised for practical initiatives and solutions in production, business, and management. At CASUMINA, innovations focused on tyre production technology improvement, reducing defective products, adjusting raw material composition to lower costs, and enhancing quality. At PINACO, solutions aimed at improving battery production techniques, weld quality, and digitalising management and supplier communication.
For Van Dien Fused Phosphate Fertiliser, the initiatives related to equipment and production technology improvements, contributing to higher productivity and operational efficiency. Meanwhile, the Vietnam Institute of Industrial Chemistry focused on technology research, application, and energy utilisation during production, aiming for resource savings and improved energy efficiency.
The recognition of 16 Vinachem individuals with the Creative Labour Certificate is testament to their spirit of innovation, proactive research, and notable contributions. These initiatives arose from practical production, scientific research, and management requirements, reflecting the pursuit of solutions, process improvement, and enhanced work efficiency.
This outcome encourages the creative labour emulation movement across the Group, motivating staff to develop initiatives, improve techniques, and apply scientific and technological advances in practice. In turn, this helps increase productivity, enhance product quality, save costs, boost competitiveness, and promote Vinachem’s sustainable development.
