On the morning of January 27, 2026, Comrade Nguyen Huu Tu, General Director of Vietnam National Chemical Group (VINACHEM), along with a working delegation, visited, extended Tet greetings, and presented gifts to workers and employees at Viet Tri Chemical JSC, the College of Chemical Industry, and Lam Thao Fertilizers and Chemicals JSC on the occasion of the Binh Ngo Spring.
Accompanying him were Comrade Chu Van Giap, Member of the Board of Members; Comrade Nguyen Huy Thong, Chairman of the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union; and representative leaders from the Group’s Office and the Department of Communications and Development.

At Viet Tri Chemical JSC, reporting on the business production situation and Tet welfare activities for employees, Comrade Van Dinh Hoan, General Director of the Company, stated: In 2025, although the Company faced many difficulties and challenges, under the decisive direction of the Group's leadership, the timely support of professional departments, and the spirit of solidarity and consensus of all officers and employees, the Company basically completed its assigned targets.
As a result, the lives of employees have continued to improve markedly, with average income being high compared to the local level and ranking among the top groups within the Group’s units.
Regarding Tet welfare, this year the Company advocated for bonuses earlier than in previous years, paying immediately after the business performance review—about one month early—so that employees could afford shopping and avoid high prices close to Tet; the lowest average bonus level reached 30 million VND per person. To achieve this result, the Company was permitted by the Group to increase its salary fund, thereby creating conditions to better care for the employees.
On the occasion of this year's Tet, the Company plans to organize a year-end party for the entire Company to mark its 65th anniversary, aiming to create a warm, joyful, and cohesive atmosphere for workers to enjoy a more complete Tet; meanwhile, the Company has arranged reasonable machine-stop schedules to ensure both the Tet holiday and production requirements to supply goods to customers.
On behalf of the Party Committee, the Board of Members, the Board of General Directors, and all employees of the Company, he expressed deep gratitude for the close attention and direction of the Group's leaders and thanked the working delegation for visiting, encouraging, and giving gifts to the employees; wishing the General Director, the members of the delegation, and their families a healthy, happy, and prosperous New Year.
Speaking at the visit, Comrade Nguyen Huu Tu, General Director of Vietnam National Chemical Group, stated: In the atmosphere of preparing to welcome the Binh Ngo Tet, he and the delegation were very pleased to visit, extend greetings, and give gifts to the leadership, officers, and employees of the Company. This is a beautiful tradition of the Vietnam National Chemical Group maintained for many years, showing care and sharing for the employees, especially during the Tet and Spring season.

He emphasized that 2025 was a special year—the first year of implementing Party resolutions and the 2026–2030 Development Plan; the entire Group exceeded the targets assigned by the Government. For the Company specifically, despite difficulties in 2025, with its tradition of solidarity and constant efforts, it achieved a revenue of over 1,800 billion VND, a profit of 121 billion VND, an average income of 20 million VND/person/month, and a minimum Tet bonus of 30 million VND/person—a very positive level compared to the local average and higher than the Group's average.
This is also an important starting step for the 2026–2030 development period, creating momentum for the Group and its member units to continue breaking through, improving business efficiency, taking better care of employees' lives, and affirming the core and pioneering role of the chemical industry in the economy.
Entering 2026, the Government has assigned the Group a double-digit growth goal; the Company specifically sets a revenue target of over 2,100 billion VND and a profit of over 130 billion VND. The General Director expressed confidence that with the spirit of overcoming difficulties, market response capacity, and the development potential of the basic chemical industry, the Company will successfully complete the set plan; he also acknowledged and commended the efforts of the leadership and employees in 2025. He hoped the unit would continue to promote its 65-year tradition, effectively implement new projects, boost the production of pure chemical products to increase value, and take even better care of the material and spiritual lives of the employees.
General Director Nguyen Huu Tu affirmed that today's visit and greetings carry not only an encouraging meaning but are also considered a "New Year Launch" for the entire system; he requested that from the very first days and months of 2026, units must focus highly, promote solidarity, and proactively implement production and business tasks with the determination to complete the double-digit growth targets assigned by the Government and the Group.
On the occasion of the New Year, he wished all officers and employees and their families a healthy, happy, and prosperous Binh Ngo Spring 2026.

At the College of Chemical Industry, reporting on the 2025 results and Tet welfare, Comrade Nguyen Thị Oanh, Rector of the School, said: In 2025, although the School still faced many difficulties, the entire staff, teachers, and employees exerted great efforts to complete their assigned tasks. All employees in the School had full employment; the lives of staff and teachers were ensured with an average income of 16 million VND/person/month.

To encourage staff, teachers, and employees throughout the school, the Group and the School allocated gifts and a portion of funding for Tet welfare. In addition to a Tet bonus averaging 8 million VND/person, the School also gave each person a Tet gift bag worth nearly 3 million VND, along with 10 kg of pork, 10 kg of plain rice, 5 kg of glutinous rice, and 02 boxes of Haso laundry detergent. This is the result of the efforts of all staff and teachers in 2025.

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Nguyen Huu Tu, General Director of the Group, expressed his joy at seeing the improved lives of the School's staff and the clear progress in training activities. He noted that in the past year, the Group achieved impressive business results; in that common success, there was an important contribution from the School in training and retraining staff for units, gradually affirming its role as the core force in human resource training for the entire Group.
The General Director emphasized that the School had developed a Restructuring Scheme approved by the Group; accordingly, the School needs to follow the goals and solutions to build a School commensurate with the stature and role of a training facility for the Vietnam National Chemical Group, meeting development requirements in the new period.
He also stated that in 2026, the Group will implement many programs, projects, and new products, striving for double-digit growth in the 2026–2030 period. Therefore, training and science-technology must stay one step ahead, closely linked to the Group's general development orientation. The focus is on researching and implementing pure and ultra-pure chemicals for the electronics and semiconductor industries; investing in the development of energy storage batteries for the renewable energy industry; developing technical rubber; and boosting pharmaceuticals and fertilizers with many new-generation products to increase market share.
Accordingly, the School needs to stay close to the Group's development strategy, focusing on spearhead industries, high-quality human resource needs, and the technology innovation roadmap to build suitable training programs; strengthening the link between training and scientific research, technology transfer, and production reality.
On behalf of the Group’s leadership, the General Director acknowledged and commended the efforts of the staff and teachers of the College of Chemical Industry in 2025; at the same time, he sent New Year wishes to everyone and wished the School many new developments in 2026.

At Lam Thao Fertilizers and Chemicals JSC, reporting on Tet welfare, Comrade Pham Thanh Tung, General Director of the Company, said: To date, Tet welfare work has basically been fully implemented as planned.
