Mr. Nguyễn Đình Khoát Appointed General Director of Ninh Binh Nitrogenous Fertilizer and Chemical Limited Company
On 3rd September 2026, the Members’ Council of Ninh Binh Nitrogenous Fertilizer and Chemical Limited Company issued Decision No. 1528/QĐ-ĐNB appointing Mr. Nguyễn Đình Khoát, Member of the Members’ Council, as General Director for a fixed term of five years from 3rd September 2026.
Mr. Nguyễn Đình Khoát, born in 1976, holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Enterprise Automation and an advanced qualification in political theory.
Throughout his career, Mr. Nguyễn Đình Khoát has held various management positions within the chemical industry and at Vietnam National Chemical Group. Before his appointment as General Director of Ninh Binh Nitrogenous Fertilizer and Chemical Limited Company, he served as Head of the Investment and Construction Department at Vietnam National Chemical Group, Chairman of the Board of Viet Tri Chemicals Joint Stock Company, and General Director of The Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company (Casumina).
As General Director of Casumina, he and the leadership team focused on stabilising production, improving management efficiency, promoting investment, modernising technology, and developing markets. In 2026, Casumina continued to implement several key investment projects to enhance production capacity, including the installation of PCR tyre production equipment as part of the relocation of the Dong Nai Rubber Factory.
In addition to managing business operations, Mr. Nguyễn Đình Khoát also promoted the application of technology and digital transformation in corporate management. One of the initiatives launched under his direction was the development of a value-added tax refund management system on the ERP platform, helping to improve data and financial management efficiency.
The appointment of Mr. Nguyễn Đình Khoát as General Director marks an important step in strengthening the company’s leadership and management, meeting the requirements for leading and operating the business in this new period.
