Mr. Nguyen Hong Dien, Deputy Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee, Visits and Presents Lunar New Year Gifts in Hung Yen
On the afternoon of February 13, on the occasion of the Lunar New Year (Tet) – Spring Binh Ngo 2026, Mr. Nguyen Hong Dien, Member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee, led a delegation to visit and present gifts to disadvantaged households in Tien La, Le Quy Don, and Hong Minh communes in Hung Yen.

Joining the delegation were Mr. Nguyen Van Huy, Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Deputy Head of the Hung Yen National Assembly Delegation; and Mr. Le An Hai, Member of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour and Chairman of the Vietnam Industry and Trade Trade Union.
Representing accompanying enterprises was Mr. Nguyen Tuan Dung, Deputy General Director of the Vietnam National Chemical Group, along with leaders from Vietnam Electricity, Vietnam National Industry – Energy Group, Vietcombank, and several related units.

At the program, Mr. Nguyen Hong Dien and the delegation presented nearly 1,000 Tet gift packages, each worth VND 1 million, to poor, near-poor, and disadvantaged households in the area. Though modest in material value, the gifts carried meaningful care and sharing, helping bring warmth to families as the Lunar New Year approached.

Notably, the program saw active participation from the Vietnam National Chemical Group and other enterprises, clearly demonstrating corporate social responsibility and strong community engagement. Over the years, the Group has consistently been among the active contributors to social welfare initiatives, especially during holidays and Tet, when support and solidarity become even more meaningful.
In the warm atmosphere ahead of the New Year, the Deputy Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee extended his heartfelt greetings and best wishes to the families, expressing hope that they would enjoy a joyful and warm spring and continue striving to improve their lives.
He emphasized that the Party, the State, and Hung Yen Province always pay close attention to both the material and spiritual well-being of the people, particularly policy beneficiary families, individuals with meritorious service, and those facing difficulties. This is not only a regular task but also a shared responsibility of the entire political system and the business community.
He also urged local party committees and authorities to further strengthen their care for residents, especially the elderly, poor households, and policy families, while encouraging people to uphold local traditions, comply with Party guidelines and State laws, actively engage in production and labor, and join hands in building an increasingly prosperous locality.
