Mr. Nguyễn Viết Hiến Appointed General Director of Vietnam Apatit Limited Company
On 3rd September 2026, the Members’ Council of Vietnam Apatit Limited Company issued Decision No. 1268/QĐ-APTVN appointing Mr. Nguyễn Viết Hiến as General Director of the company.
According to the decision, Mr. Nguyễn Viết Hiến, Member of the Members’ Council of Vietnam Apatit Limited Company, has been appointed as General Director for a fixed term of five years, effective from the date of the decision.
Mr. Nguyễn Viết Hiến, born in 1972 in Pho Yen ward, Thai Nguyen province, is a mechanical engineering graduate with a Master’s degree in Project Management and an advanced qualification in political theory. He has nearly 30 years of experience, having held various management, executive, and project management positions at enterprises in the construction, installation, and oil and gas sectors.
During his career, Mr. Nguyễn Viết Hiến has held positions such as Deputy Director of Lilama Hanoi Joint Stock Company; Director of Project Management Boards for PVC projects in the south-western provinces; and Head of Construction Engineering Department at Hanoi Construction Corporation – JSC. From November 2018 to December 2021, he was Deputy Head of the Long Phu 1 Power Project Management Board.
On 29th December 2021, he was appointed as a Member of the Members’ Council of Ninh Binh Nitrogenous Fertilizer and Chemical Limited Company. From 1st January 2022, he served as Member of the Members’ Council, General Director, and Legal Representative of Ninh Binh Nitrogenous Fertilizer and Chemical Limited Company. Since April 2023, he has held the position of Party Secretary of the same company.
During his tenure at Ninh Binh Nitrogenous Fertilizer, Mr. Nguyễn Viết Hiến, together with the management team, focused on governance, operations, business organisation, and implementing measures to overcome difficulties, gradually strengthening operations and improving business efficiency. As a result, he has accumulated substantial practical experience in managing and operating industrial manufacturing enterprises, particularly in the chemicals and fertiliser sectors.
Throughout his career, Mr. Nguyễn Viết Hiến has received numerous awards and commendations, including the Ministry of Construction’s Emulation Fighter title in 2003, Certificates of Merit from the Vietnam National Union of Workers in Industry and Trade, the State Capital Management Committee for Enterprises (2023), grassroots-level Emulation Fighter, and Certificates of Merit from the Party Committee of Vietnam National Chemical Group and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour (2025).
On 26th August 2026, Vietnam National Chemical Group issued Decision No. 468/QĐ-HCVN appointing Mr. Nguyễn Viết Hiến as a Member of the Members’ Council of Vietnam Apatit Limited Company.
The appointment of Mr. Nguyễn Viết Hiến as General Director of Vietnam Apatit Limited Company further strengthens the company’s core leadership, enhances the effectiveness of its governance and management, and provides the foundation for the company to continue successfully fulfilling its assigned tasks and to develop in a stable and sustainable manner in the years ahead.
