Mr. Trần Thắng Appointed General Director of Ninh Binh Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company
On 27th August 2026, the Board of Directors of Ninh Binh Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company issued Decision No. 1888/QĐ-HĐQT appointing Mr. Trần Thắng as General Director of the company, effective from 3rd September 2026.
Mr. Trần Thắng has been appointed for a fixed term. According to the decision, the General Director shall exercise rights and fulfil duties as prescribed by law, the company’s charter, internal management regulations, and resolutions of the Board of Directors.
Prior to his appointment, Mr. Trần Thắng was a Member of the Party Executive Committee of Vietnam National Chemical Group; Deputy General Director, Member of the Board of Directors, Deputy Party Secretary, and Chairman of the Party’s Inspection Committee at Van Dien Fused Phosphate Joint Stock Company. He was also the representative of Vietnam National Chemical Group’s capital at this company.
Born in 1985, Mr. Trần Thắng holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and is an engineer in Electrical Engineering Technology. He began his career in September 2007. From September 2010 to August 2023, he worked at Vietnam National Chemical Group, holding various positions in the Human Resources Department and the Secretariat to the Members’ Council.
He has served as Deputy Head, Acting Head, and then Head of the Secretariat to the Members’ Council. During his time at the Group, he also held concurrent roles in member enterprises, acting as a capital representative, board member, and controller.
Since August 2023, Mr. Trần Thắng has been Deputy General Director and Member of the Board of Directors of Van Dien Fused Phosphate Joint Stock Company. From April 2025, he additionally served as Deputy Party Secretary and Chairman of the Party’s Inspection Committee of the company. In July 2025, he joined the Party Executive Committee of Vietnam National Chemical Group.
The appointment of Mr. Trần Thắng as General Director of Ninh Binh Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company marks a step towards strengthening the company’s leadership, providing a foundation for the management team to continue carrying out production, business tasks, and other assigned duties as planned.
