Pickleball Connects Vinachem Staff and Employees
Spectacular rallies and enthusiastic play created an energetic atmosphere at the Pickleball Sports Exchange, held as part of the 2026 Employee Conference of the Vietnam National Chemical Group Headquarters on the morning of June 6. The tournament, organized by the Headquarters Trade Union Committee in coordination with the Youth Union, attracted widespread participation and enthusiastic support from staff and employees.
Right from the opening matches, the Pickleball courts were lively with fast-paced rallies, great teamwork, and determined play from the athletes. Without focusing on achievements, the tournament aimed to provide a healthy playground, promote physical fitness, enhance interaction between departments, and spread the spirit of sports and exercise throughout the Group Headquarters.
Many matches were exciting, featuring tense moments and dramatic exchanges that captivated and energized the audience. After spirited competition, the Organizing Committee presented awards to outstanding pairs of athletes.
In the Seri A category, the championship went to the pair Hoàng Văn Đức – Trịnh Văn Dũng (DAP). The runner-up prize was awarded to the pair Đỗ Đức Vinh – Nguyễn Văn Thanh (DAP). The pairs Phùng Ngọc Bộ – Nguyễn Thành Nam and Nguyễn Huy Thông – Nguyễn Xuân Bắc shared third place.
In the Seri B category, the pair Bùi Khắc Hinh – Vũ Minh Ngọc won first prize. The runner-up was the pair Chu Quang Tuấn – Nguyễn Thị Bích Thủy. Third place went to the pairs Nguyễn Tuấn Anh – Vũ Tuấn Anh and Nguyễn Quang Huy – Nguyễn Ngọc Thái.
Through this activity, the movement to promote sports and exercise continues to spread widely throughout the Group Headquarters, helping to improve health, morale, and work efficiency among staff and employees. It is also an opportunity for youth union members and staff from specialized departments to interact, build understanding, and lay the foundation for effective coordination in fulfilling common tasks.
The success of the Pickleball Sports Exchange not only created a joyful and exciting atmosphere on the sidelines of the 2026 Employee Conference but also affirmed the Trade Union and Youth Union’s commitment to the spiritual well-being of employees. It contributes to building a united, dynamic work environment, spreading the spirit of health and a culture of connection throughout Vinachem.
