Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính Visits the Vinachem Exhibition Booth at the National Conference on the Study, Dissemination, and Implementation of the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress
On February 7, 2026, within the framework of the National Conference on studying, disseminating, thoroughly grasping, and implementing the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress, the exhibition booth of the Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem) continued to have the honor of welcoming senior leaders of the Party, the State, and central ministries and agencies to visit, exchange views, and acknowledge the Group’s efforts and contributions to national economic development.
During the event, the Group’s exhibition booth was honored to welcome Phạm Minh Chính, Prime Minister of the Government, for a visit and working session. On this occasion, Vinachem’s leadership provided a comprehensive report to the Prime Minister on its 2025 production and business performance, strategic orientation for high-tech product development, capacity to participate in strategic supply chains, and the implementation of key domestic and international projects.
At the exhibition area, Vinachem’s leadership reported on the Group’s outstanding production and business results in 2025. All key indicators recorded positive growth. Notably, consolidated profit was estimated at VND 3,859 billion, up 73% year-on-year, reflecting the clear effectiveness of restructuring efforts related to previously underperforming projects.
In parallel, Vinachem successfully developed a line of high-purity acids serving the electronics, semiconductor, and energy storage battery industries, affirming its capability to participate in high-tech supply chains and expand export markets.
In the field of defense industry, Da Nang Rubber Joint Stock Company (DRC), a Vinachem subsidiary, successfully manufactured the DRC 680x260R355 military aircraft tire, meeting stringent technical standards and serving modern training aircraft. This achievement demonstrates the technological mastery of Vietnamese enterprises in high-tech manufacturing.
Notably, Vinachem is expediting the implementation of a potash mining and processing project in Khammouane Province, Lao PDR. The project holds significant economic importance and ensures raw material security for the fertilizer and chemical industries. It also contributes to strengthening the special friendship between Vietnam and Laos, aiming to proactively secure domestic potash supply in the coming period.
These results demonstrate that Vinachem has not only successfully fulfilled its 2025 production and business targets but has also laid a solid foundation for breakthroughs in key sectors, making practical contributions to the sustainable development goals set forth in the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress.
Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính acknowledged and highly appreciated Vinachem’s spirit of innovation, proactive integration, and outstanding production and business achievements in 2025—a pivotal year in implementing medium-term objectives. The Prime Minister also commended the Group’s pioneering and responsible role in implementing the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress, linking production and business activities with environmental protection, sustainable development, and the fulfillment of the country’s political and economic missions.
