On April 10, 2026, the General Director of Vietnam National Chemical Group signed and issued Decision No. 219/QĐ-HCVN on the transfer and appointment of the Chief of Office of the Group. This is an important step in organizational personnel work, aimed at further enhancing the quality of advisory, synthesis, and coordination of the Group’s overall activities in the new period.

According to the Decision, Mr. Nguyễn Huy Quang – former Chief of Office of the Party Committee of the Group – has been transferred and appointed, for a fixed term, to the position of Chief of Office of the Group, effective from the date of signing.

The transfer and appointment reflect the Group’s leadership’s trust in the capacity and practical experience of its staff in advisory and synthesis work, while also affirming the increasingly high demands placed on the role of the Group’s Office in coordinating and connecting activities among specialized departments, member units, and Party and mass organizations.

The transition from Chief of Office of the Party Committee to Chief of Office of the Group also contributes to strengthening the close relationship between Party work and professional operations, ensuring unity in direction, management, and implementation of shared tasks.

According to the Decision, the Chief of Office, Heads of Group Departments, Mr. Nguyễn Huy Quang, and relevant units and individuals are responsible for implementation. The Decision, signed and issued by the General Director, takes effect from April 10, 2026.
