Vietnam National Chemical Group Launches Emulation Movement to Successfully Fulfill 2026 Tasks
The year 2026 holds special significance for the country. It marks the convening of the 14th National Party Congress; the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term; and the first year of implementing the 2026–2030 Five-Year Socio-Economic Development Plan, aiming toward double-digit economic growth.
In this context, in response to the 2026 emulation movement launched by the Ministry of Finance and with the aim of fostering a vibrant competitive spirit and strong determination to successfully accomplish assigned tasks, the Vietnam National Chemical Group issued Official Letter No. 200/HCVN-VP dated February 11, 2026, formally launching an emulation movement throughout the Group to successfully fulfill economic, financial, and state budget tasks in 2026.
The 2026 emulation movement is implemented under the action slogan:
“Unity and consensus, discipline and responsibility, proactiveness and timeliness, innovation and creativity, accelerated breakthroughs, successful fulfillment of economic–financial–budgetary goals, targets, and tasks in 2026.”
The emulation period runs from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, with the participation of all officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers across the Vietnam National Chemical Group. Specific contents, targets, and implementation measures are carried out in accordance with the Ministry of Finance’s guidance, ensuring consistency while remaining aligned with practical conditions and the production and business tasks of each unit.
The Vietnam National Chemical Group requests its capital representatives at enterprises, wholly state-owned limited liability companies, public service units, and affiliated entities to closely follow the 2026 emulation targets and effectively organize patriotic emulation movements. These movements must be closely linked to the fulfillment of political tasks, production and business operations, financial and budgetary governance, enhancement of capital efficiency, cost savings, increased labor productivity, and the assurance of employment and stable livelihoods for employees.
With a tradition of solidarity, a spirit of innovation and creativity, and the competence and dedication of its workforce, the Vietnam National Chemical Group is determined to successfully implement the 2026 emulation movement, thereby excellently fulfilling assigned goals and tasks and contributing positively to the sustainable development of the Group and the country’s socio-economic advancement in the new phase.
