VINACHEM Announces auction results of shares at France – Vietnam Sorbitol Joint Stock Company
The Vietnam National Chemical Group announces the results of the share auction at France – Vietnam Sorbitol Joint Stock Company according to Announcement No. 1876/SGDHCM-NY dated December 23, 2025, of the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange.
Accordingly, on December 25, 2025, the Vietnam National Chemical Group completed the transfer of share ownership to winning investors who have fully fulfilled their payment obligations according to regulations.
After completing the transfer, the Vietnam National Chemical Group no longer holds shares in France – Vietnam Sorbitol Joint Stock Company, with the number of shares being 0 shares, equivalent to 0% of the Company's charter capital.
