On February 3, 2026, on the occasion of the 96th anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 – February 3, 2026), a delegation from Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem) visited, extended Lunar New Year greetings, and held a working session with Binh Dien Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (BFC) – one of the Group’s outstanding member units.

The delegation was led by Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Tú – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Members’ Council, and Director General of the Group. Accompanying the delegation were Mr. Nguyễn Văn Quý – Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Ms. Nguyễn Thị Thu Bình – Member of the Members’ Council; and Mr. Nguyễn Huy Thông – Chairman of the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union.

On the company’s side, attendees included Mr. Nguyễn Văn Thiệu – Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Ngô Văn Đông – Director General; along with other members of the company’s leadership.

Impressive business performance, continuously improving employee welfare

Reporting to the delegation, Mr. Ngô Văn Đông, representing Binh Dien Fertilizer’s leadership, stated that 2025 concluded with many production and business targets exceeding plans. According to the business results report, total revenue in 2025 reached VND 10,775.7 billion, up 13.2% compared to 2024 and surpassing the set plan. Sales volume reached 790,086 tons, an increase of over 8% year-on-year, reflecting strong competitiveness and positive market reception of Binh Dien’s fertilizer product lines, particularly the “Dau Trau Fertilizer” brand.

Alongside business growth, the company has consistently prioritized employee welfare. Employment has remained stable, average income has continued to rise, and welfare and social security policies have been fully implemented, creating a solid foundation for employees to remain committed and contribute long term.

Proactively entering the new year

Speaking at the working session, Director General Ngô Văn Đông emphasized that recent production and business results provide an important foundation for the company to enter 2026 with proactiveness and responsibility. Amid forecasts of continued market volatility, Binh Dien has early developed appropriate production and supply plans and implemented them from the very first days of the year, promptly bringing products to market and contributing to ensuring fertilizer supply for agricultural production.

He affirmed that the Group leadership’s visit and New Year greetings were a meaningful source of encouragement for the company’s leadership and employees. This serves not only as spiritual motivation but also as a driving force for Binh Dien Fertilizer to continue striving, maintaining disciplined governance, promoting solidarity, and fulfilling all political tasks and production–business plans assigned by Vinachem in 2026.

.Recognizing the role of “Core – Leading – Pioneering”

On behalf of Vinachem’s leadership, Director General Nguyễn Hữu Tú acknowledged and commended the achievements of Binh Dien Fertilizer JSC in 2025. He noted that the company’s production and business results reflect not only effective management capacity but also the crystallization of solidarity, unity, and persistent efforts of its leadership and entire workforce.
Binh Dien’s first-time achievement of revenue exceeding VND 10 trillion, while maintaining a leading revenue position among member units, marks an important milestone in the company’s development as well as within the Group’s overall performance.

The Director General stressed that this collective unity has enabled the company to both sustain effective production and business operations and ensure stable jobs, income, and living standards for employees, allowing staff and workers to remain committed and enjoy a warm, prosperous Lunar New Year.

As Vinachem enters Spring 2026 – a year in which the Party and Government have entrusted the Group with the core mission of developing Vietnam’s chemical industry – the achievements and practices of Binh Dien Fertilizer stand as vivid proof of the spirit of “Core – Leading – Pioneering,” a recognition given to the Group by Deputy Prime Minister Bùi Thanh Sơn at the 2025 year-end review conference.

In the joyful atmosphere of welcoming the New Year, Director General Nguyễn Hữu Tú, on behalf of the Group’s leadership, extended his best wishes to the entire leadership team, key officials, employees of Binh Dien Fertilizer, and their families for a new spring filled with health, happiness, and success, and for continued outstanding achievements in 2026 and the years ahead.
