Business Activities Closely Follow Plans
At the meeting, Mr. Hà Thanh Sơn, Head of Vinachem’s Internal Audit Department, presented a report on financial supervision at LIXCO for the first half of 2026.

According to the report, LIXCO’s revenue for the first six months exceeded VND 1,800 billion, closely following the annual plan. The company anticipates full-year revenue of around VND 3,500 billion, VND 148 billion above target; profit is expected to exceed VND 200 billion.
Export activities have continued to deliver positive results, with a volume of around 33,200 tonnes. Debt management is well controlled, with no bad debts arising.
Based on the report, delegation members discussed business performance, capital management and utilisation, debt control, costs, labour organisation, and the implementation of internal governance regulations. Comments focused on the areas where LIXCO needs to maintain close control to further improve operational effectiveness in the remaining months of the year.
Focusing Resources and Expanding Key Product Lines
In his report at the meeting, LIXCO’s General Director, Mr. Cao Thành Tín, stated that the company is focusing on achieving its business targets while gradually diversifying its product portfolio, broadening business lines, and investing in production capacity.

LIXCO is currently investing in production lines for mosquito coils and insect repellent sprays. Equipment is scheduled to be installed in December 2026 and production will begin in January 2027, helping to secure proactive supply of these products.
In his concluding remarks, Mr. Phùng Quang Hiệp, Chairman of the Members’ Council of Vinachem, acknowledged the efforts of all LIXCO staff in business operations. He called on the company to vigorously implement solutions, striving for a minimum revenue growth target of 10% in 2026.
LIXCO is required to continue improving its capacity to manage fluctuations, control debts and costs, and enhance the efficiency of capital utilisation; to organise labour rationally, promote automation, increase productivity, and improve both income and working conditions for employees.
With regard to business operations, the company should maintain product quality and brand reputation, concentrate on developing key new products and avoid spreading investment too thinly; at the same time, it should proactively expand both domestic and export markets.
After the meeting, the delegation visited the production lines, machinery, technology, and facilities at the LIX Binh Duong Plant to learn about production capacity and preparations for launching new product lines.

The session clarified the results achieved in the first half of the year and identified key areas for LIXCO to focus on in the coming period, especially cost and debt management, capital efficiency, and the development of products and markets.
