Vinachem Works with Green SM to Expand Mobility Services and Product Distribution Links
On the afternoon of 21 October 2026 in Hanoi, the Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem) held a working session with representatives of Green SM to discuss the provision of mobility services for employees, as well as explore opportunities for cooperation in the use of Vinachem products, the development of e-commerce channels, and the promotion of green transition communications.
Representing Vinachem were Mr. Nguyễn Văn Luyện, Deputy General Director; Mr. Nguyễn Huy Thông, Chairman of the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union; and representatives from the Office and Business Planning Department. From Green SM, attendees included Mrs. Trần Thị Thu Phương, Business Director for Asia; Mr. Đỗ Quang Huy, Network Development Director; Mr. Vương Hùng Anh, Business Manager; and Mr. Trần Mạnh Hồng, Sales Manager.

Discussing Mobility Service Provision for Vinachem Employees
Green SM offers electric mobility solutions through a diverse service ecosystem, including passenger transport by car and two-wheeler, airport transfers, inter-provincial travel, delivery, food ordering, and integrated convenience services. The Green SM Business platform enables enterprises to centrally manage mobility needs, control budgets, monitor costs, and handle invoicing, thereby improving operational efficiency, cost transparency, and administrative simplicity.

At the meeting, Green SM proposed that Vinachem consider establishing a partnership in mobility services, transport, and green transition communications. Green SM could offer travel solutions for staff, management, partners, and customers of the Group and its affiliates, and is looking to implement preferential policies for businesses, employees, and their families, as mutually agreed.
For Vinachem’s operations, Green SM suggested offering travel incentives at headquarters, service points, extraction sites, warehouses, and venues for meetings and events. Both sides also discussed the possibility of providing vehicles for leaders and guests, offering promotional codes for event attendees, and arranging suitable pick-up/drop-off points to ensure safety, order, and minimal disruption to operations.
Vinachem will help promote and introduce Green SM’s services to member units and staff, enabling employees to learn about, register for, and use services as needed. Implementation will be tailored to actual conditions, based on mutually agreed policies and cooperation arrangements.
Connecting Vinachem Products, Developing E-Commerce and Green Transition Communications
Beyond mobility services, Vinachem invited Green SM to consider using products manufactured by its member companies for vehicle operation, maintenance, and care—such as tyres, batteries, cleaning products, and other suitable items. This approach aims to increase consumption of Vinachem products and strengthen links between industrial manufacturers and mobility service providers.

Vinachem also introduced its VinachemMart e-commerce platform to Green SM, proposing an initial promotional campaign targeting all Green SM staff to expand access to Vinachem products and encourage digital purchasing.
On communications, Green SM proposed collaborating with Vinachem to publicise preferential policies and service registration guides via the company’s website, official social media, and at affiliate locations. The two sides may also work together to showcase Vinachem’s products and services on appropriate channels, helping to broaden customer reach, boost commercial links, and enhance the image of sustainable business development.
The integration of electric mobility, Vinachem’s industrial products, and digital/communications platforms is expected to create new, practical opportunities for cooperation, benefiting businesses and employees alike while supporting the green and digital transition.
In closing, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Luyện tasked the Office and Business Planning Department with coordinating with Green SM to further clarify cooperation terms, agree on implementation plans, and work towards a suitable cooperation agreement.
Based on this, both parties will continue to discuss and refine policies on pricing and incentives, payment methods, service scope, the use of Vinachem products, communications, and mutual responsibilities, ensuring alignment with actual needs and current regulations.

This meeting represents a step towards fostering cooperation between Vinachem and Green SM, capitalising on each party’s strengths to improve employee benefits, expand product distribution, and strengthen commercial links within the business ecosystem.
