Vinachem’s Mark at Cosmetic 360 International Exhibition 2026, Paris: Expanding Cooperation with Greentech, LVMH and Cosmetic Valley
On 15 October 2026, at the Cosmetic 360 International Exhibition in Paris (France), Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Tú, General Director of the Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem), together with the leadership of Lix Joint Stock Company (LIXCO), held meetings with Greentech Group and the leadership of the Cosmetic Valley Association. These discussions aimed to concretise the cooperation directions that had been discussed by the parties since July and September, marking Vinachem’s increasing integration into the global cosmetics and personal care value chain.

Accompanying the General Director were Mr. Cao Thành Tín, General Director of LIXCO; Deputy General Directors Mr. Lê Đình Vỹ and Mr. Hà Phước Dư; along with a core team of R&D and market development specialists from LIXCO.
Strengthening R&D in Personal and Home Care with Greentech Group
The day began with a meeting with Dr. Jean-Yves Berthon, CEO of Greentech Group—one of France’s pioneering biotechnology enterprises, with a database of 30,000 plant species and 300,000 biomolecules.

Focusing on the “Regenerations” theme of this year’s global cosmetics and personal care industry, Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Tú and Greentech’s leadership discussed R&D collaboration for LIXCO’s strategic product groups. The emphasis was on advanced solutions in personal care and home care chemicals.

Both sides also explored potential cooperation in sourcing raw materials and developing new products. Prospective collaboration models will be carefully evaluated to ensure mutual benefit, alignment with each side’s core competencies, and strict adherence to intellectual property and trade secret protection.
Engagement with Cosmetic Valley Network and LVMH at Cosmetic 360
In the afternoon, the delegation attended activities at the Carrousel du Louvre, the venue for Cosmetic 360 International Exhibition 2026—a global event for innovation in cosmetics and personal care, gathering 5,800 specialised visitors, over 260 exhibitors, and major groups from 70 countries.

At the event, Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Tú held talks with Mr. Marc-Antoine Jamet, President of Cosmetic Valley and Secretary General of LVMH. LVMH is currently the world’s largest luxury group, owning renowned brands such as Louis Vuitton, Dior, Fendi, and Givenchy. Also attending were Mr. Christophe Masson, CEO of Cosmetic Valley, and Mrs. Franckie Bechereau, Exhibition Director of Cosmetic 360.

In his remarks, Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Tú provided an overview of Vinachem’s capacity and scale. By the end of 2025, Vinachem had achieved total revenues of USD 2.4 billion, ranking 148th among the 500 largest enterprises in Southeast Asia. He further shared that Vinachem’s development direction focuses on innovation, sustainable production, and developing products of natural origin—fully in line with the vision and activity themes of Cosmetic Valley and the broader global industry trends.
Mr. Marc-Antoine Jamet praised Vinachem’s production capabilities and congratulated the Group on its business achievements. Representatives from LVMH and Cosmetic Valley affirmed that the participation of a major ASEAN industrial group like Vinachem brings significant value to the Cosmetic 360 ecosystem.
Fostering Trade Links and Participation in Cosmetic 360
Building on these positive exchanges, Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Tú proposed that Cosmetic Valley support Vietnamese enterprises in capacity-building programmes. In training, Vinachem wishes to partner with Cosmetic Valley to organise specialised courses on R&D and quality management (CGMP/ISO 22716) for technical staff. In trade, leveraging Cosmetic Valley’s extensive member network and the Cosmetic 360 event, the Group prioritises B2B networking activities to support distribution partnerships, expand OEM/ODM manufacturing in Vietnam, and efficiently source natural raw materials for the international cosmetics and personal care sector.
Furthermore, based on the real scale and effectiveness of the event, both sides discussed Vinachem’s participation as an official member of Cosmetic 360 in 2027.

In the near term, to showcase Vinachem’s production capacity and position it as a centre for high-quality cosmetics and personal care supply in ASEAN, the Group plans to be a Platinum Sponsor of the event for one year. This sponsorship will allow the Group to objectively assess communication impact, the Prospective Zone exhibition space, and actual B2B connections before considering a longer-term cooperation roadmap.
The 15 October programme in Paris once again demonstrated Vinachem’s proactive approach to engaging international partners. Establishing relationships with organisations like LVMH, Cosmetic Valley, and Greentech creates new momentum for growth, supports the achievement of double-digit growth targets set by the Party and Government, and helps align Vietnam’s cosmetics and personal care industry with global standards.
