Chinese daily average aluminium production down in September - IAI

According to provisional figures from the International Aluminium Institute, daily average aluminium production in China fell to 43,600 tonnes in September from 44,800 tonnes in August.

Production so far in 2010 has reached 12.397 million tonnes up from 9.012 million in the same period of 2009. The institute also said that primary aluminium production in China fell to 1.309 million tonnes in September from 1.388 in August.
