On the afternoon of 6th August 2026, a delegation from Soosan Motor Co., Ltd. visited and toured the Casumina Radial Tyre Factory in Binh Duong. The two sides discussed their ongoing cooperation, product quality, and Casumina’s plans to enhance its production capacity in the coming period.

Representing The Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company (Casumina) were Mr. Nguyễn Đình Khoát, General Director; Mr. Vũ Quốc Anh, Deputy General Director; Mr. Huỳnh Tấn Phúc, Deputy Director in charge of the Radial Factory; and representatives from Quality Management, Technology Engineering, and Sales & Marketing departments. On the Soosan side were Mr. Kang MunJong, General Director; Mr. Lee Kabki, Deputy General Director; Ms. Trần Thị Hường, Head of Purchasing; and other relevant department representatives.

Soosan Seeks to Strengthen Collaboration with Casumina

Soosan Vina Motor is a member of the Soosan Group (South Korea), specialising in the production of semi-trailers and special-purpose vehicles in Vietnam.

During the meeting, Soosan’s representatives praised Casumina’s production capability and the cooperation between the two companies to date. The Korean enterprise expressed its desire to continue expanding collaboration with Casumina in the future.

For Casumina, feedback from partners provides a valuable basis for further refining products and production processes. Casumina’s leadership affirmed their commitment to listening to customer input, improving quality, and focusing on after-sales service throughout the partnership.

Upgrading Equipment in Preparation for Production

Also at the meeting, Casumina announced that it is implementing a plan to upgrade machinery and equipment, with commissioning scheduled soon.

According to Casumina, this investment is aimed at enhancing production capacity and product quality to better meet customer requirements. It is also part of the company’s preparation to strengthen production capacity for future cooperation and market expansion.

After the discussions, the Soosan delegation toured the Casumina Radial Tyre Factory, gaining direct insight into production activities, machinery, equipment, and operational processes at the plant.

Through the visit, Soosan’s representatives obtained further information regarding Casumina’s production capabilities. The two sides also continued discussions on product requirements and future coordination.

Soosan’s proposal to expand cooperation, together with Casumina’s investment plans for equipment upgrades, provides a foundation for ongoing talks about further collaboration opportunities in the time ahead.
