On March 12, 2026, in Hai Phong, DAP – VINACHEM Joint Stock Company successfully held its 2026 Employees’ Delegates Conference. Attending the conference were Mr. Nguyen Huu Tu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Members’ Council and General Director of the Group; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Binh, Member of the Members’ Council of the Group; Mr. Nguyen Huy Thong, Chairman of the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union; together with 95 delegates representing the Company’s workforce.

At the conference, delegates heard reports on the implementation of the Resolution of the 2025 Employees’ Conference and the orientations and tasks for 2026. Accordingly, in 2025, despite facing numerous difficulties such as a decline in domestic apatite ore supply, rising raw material prices, and pressure from the large volume of stored phosphogypsum (PG), DAP – VINACHEM Joint Stock Company maintained stable production. The Company proactively imported apatite ore for blending to ensure continuous operation of production lines and meet market demand.
The Company’s business performance in 2025 recorded many positive results. DAP consumption reached 261,000 tons, including 85,000 tons for the domestic market and 176,000 tons for export. The Company continued expanding its markets, gradually strengthening the DAP Dinh Vu brand in Southeast Asia while entering demanding markets such as Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Revenue and profit grew strongly, with pre-tax profit reaching VND 790.5 billion, far exceeding the target set by the resolution.
The treatment and consumption of phosphogypsum (PG) also saw significant improvements as the volume consumed exceeded the amount generated, gradually reducing storage pressure at disposal sites. The Company simultaneously invested in a P₂O₅ recovery system to increase the pH level of PG, thereby improving economic efficiency and protecting the environment.

The movement of initiatives and technical improvements continued to be promoted, with 25 projects recognized and an estimated benefit value of over VND 17.4 billion. Occupational safety, hygiene, and environmental protection were strictly implemented, with no labor accidents recorded.
The Company and the Trade Union have consistently paid special attention to the welfare of employees. In 2025, the average monthly income reached VND 24.77 million per person, an increase of 36.7% compared to 2024. Salary, bonus, insurance, and welfare policies were implemented fully and promptly, while working conditions were gradually improved. The Company also maintained various practical welfare activities such as organizing tours and vacations, supporting employees in difficult circumstances, visiting employees during illness or family events, and organizing cultural and sports activities to enhance spiritual life and strengthen solidarity among staff and workers.
In 2026, the Company aims to continue stabilizing production, expand consumption markets, and promote chemical trading activities, striving for revenue growth of more than 10% compared to the previous year. At the same time, it will implement key investment projects to enhance production capacity and logistics infrastructure of the plant.

At the conference, delegates also heard a summary report on the employees’ conferences at affiliated units as well as opinions and recommendations from employees regarding working conditions, policies, wages, welfare, and solutions to improve the Company’s production and business efficiency. Representatives of the Company’s leadership directly responded to and clarified the issues raised by employees.

The conference also heard the report of the People’s Inspection Board on its recent activities and proceeded to elect the People’s Inspection Board for the 2026–2028 term in accordance with regulations.

During the discussion session, many delegates focused on solutions to improve production and business efficiency, promote technical innovations, ensure occupational safety, and further improve working conditions for employees. The comments reflected a strong sense of responsibility and dedication, as well as a shared desire to contribute to the sustainable development of the Company.
