LIX Detergent Joint Stock Company Officially Renamed as LIX Joint Stock Company
On 29 September 2026, LIX Detergent Joint Stock Company officially changed its name to LIX Joint Stock Company (LIXCO), according to the 15th amended Enterprise Registration Certificate.
Previously, on 21 September 2026, the Board of Directors issued Resolution No. 28.26/NQ-HĐQT regarding the change of company name, registered office address, and the names of affiliated units.
Accordingly, the company name was changed from LIX Detergent Joint Stock Company to LIX Joint Stock Company, with the English name LIX JOINT STOCK COMPANY. According to the company, the new name is more general and in line with the company's strategy to expand its business activities and diversify its development fields in the coming period.
Alongside the name change, the company updated its registered office address from No. 3, Street No. 2, Quarter 28, Linh Xuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City to No. 3, Street No. 2, Quarter 8, Linh Xuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, in accordance with the rearrangement and merger of residential quarters in Ho Chi Minh City. This update only changes the information on records and legal documents; the company’s actual office and operational location remain the same.
The names of affiliated units have also been updated in line with the new company name, including LIX Joint Stock Company – Binh Duong Branch, LIX Joint Stock Company – Bac Ninh Branch, LIX Joint Stock Company – Hanoi Business Location, and LIX Joint Stock Company – Ho Chi Minh City Representative Office.
The renaming does not affect the company’s enterprise code 0301444263, nor does it alter the company’s rights and obligations in existing transactions and contracts.
This change of name and update to enterprise registration details is an adjustment consistent with LIX’s development direction, as the company aims to expand its business activities and diversify its development fields in the near future.
