Mr. Nguyễn Quang Huy elected as Controller of Sao Vang Rubber Joint Stock Company
On April 20, 2026, Sao Vang Rubber Joint Stock Company (SRC) held its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The meeting approved various matters related to the company’s production and business plan, investment activities, and development orientation for 2026 and beyond.
At the meeting, shareholders voted to elect Mr. Nguyễn Quang Huy as Controller of Sao Vang Rubber Joint Stock Company for the 2026–2031 term.
Mr. Nguyễn Quang Huy was born in 1985 in Hà Nội. He is currently working at the Personnel Organization Department of Vietnam National Chemical Group and has concurrently served as Controller of Sao Vang Rubber Joint Stock Company since April 2025.
The consolidation of the Supervisory Board’s personnel was carried out in accordance with the agenda of the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, aiming to meet the requirements of governance, supervision, and implementation of the company’s tasks in the coming period.
Sao Vang Rubber Joint Stock Company operates in the field of tire, tube, and technical rubber product manufacturing, continuing its orientation to maintain stable production, improve operational efficiency, and increase competitiveness in the market.
