Mr. Văn Đình Hoan Elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of Viet Tri Chemical Joint Stock Company
On June 16, 2026, immediately following the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, the Board of Directors of Viet Tri Chemical Joint Stock Company for the 2024–2029 term held its first session to finalize key leadership positions.
The Board of Directors unanimously elected Mr. Văn Đình Hoan as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the 2024–2029 term.
New Chairman Văn Đình Hoan was born in 1966 in Phú Thọ province (with family origins in Huế city). He is an experienced executive with a long-standing commitment to the company, having begun his career at Viet Tri Chemical Joint Stock Company in 1990. Over 36 years of service, he has held various positions and management roles. Before being elected Chairman of the Board, he served as a Board member and General Director from March 2013 to June 2026.
The timely appointment of senior executives right after the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders is significant, ensuring continuity and stability in management and promoting effective governance and business operations at Viet Tri Chemical Joint Stock Company in this new phase of development.
