Mr. Vi Xuân Hải elected as Member of the Board of Directors of Sao Vang Rubber Joint Stock Company (SRC) for the 2026–2031 Term
On April 20, 2026, Sao Vang Rubber Joint Stock Company (SRC) successfully held its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The meeting approved various matters related to the company’s business plan, investment activities, and development orientation for 2026 and the following period.
At the meeting, shareholders voted to elect Mr. Vi Xuân Hải as a Member of the Board of Directors of Sao Vang Rubber Joint Stock Company for the 2026–2031 term.
Mr. Vi Xuân Hải was born in 1984 in Thanh Ba District, Phú Thọ Province. He is currently serving as Deputy Head of the Business Planning Department of Vietnam National Chemical Group and concurrently holds the position of Deputy Director of the Center for Chemical Trade and Services.
Sao Vang Rubber Joint Stock Company operates in the field of tire, tube, and technical rubber product manufacturing, with the orientation of maintaining stable production, improving business efficiency, and strengthening competitiveness in the market.
The consolidation of the Board of Directors' personnel was carried out in accordance with the agenda of the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, aiming to meet the requirements of governance, management, and implementation of the company’s business objectives in the coming period.
