On the morning of January 8, Ninh Binh Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (NFC) held a conference to review its Party building work and business production operations in 2025, and to deploy tasks for 2026. Attending and directing the conference were Mr. Nguyen Van Quy – Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem); Mr. Nguyen Van Luyen – Vice President of Vinachem, along with representatives from various specialized departments of the Group.

Synchronized and Effective Party Building Work

In 2025, the Executive Board of the Company’s Party Committee closely followed the leadership and direction of the Group’s Party Committee, maintaining regular meetings and promptly issuing resolutions to lead political and business production tasks. The content of Party cell meetings continued to be innovated toward practicality, closely aligned with the Company’s actual situation.

Political and ideological education was seriously implemented. Officials, Party members, and employees were fully briefed on the Party's resolutions and directives, maintaining a firm political stance against hostile viewpoints. The Company’s Party Committee focused on ethical Party building, strictly implementing the 4th Central Resolution (11th and 12th terms) and Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW in association with "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style."

Organizational and personnel work continued to receive significant attention. The Company's Party Committee currently has 106 members across 9 Party cells. In 2025, it admitted 4 new members and received 6 members transferring in. Notably, on May 20, 2025, the Company successfully organized the Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term, creating a vital foundation for implementing tasks in the new period.

Inspection, supervision, anti-corruption, and anti-waste initiatives were strictly carried out in accordance with regulations. In 2025, no Party organizations or members faced disciplinary action. Mass mobilization and leadership of socio-political organizations were strengthened, contributing to internal unity and consensus across the Company.

Business Operations Reach and Exceed Key Targets

In 2025, Ninh Binh Phosphate Fertilizer JSC maintained stable production, completing and exceeding many planned targets. The industrial production value reached 1,227 billion VND (104% of the plan); revenue reached 1,241 billion VND (153% of the plan); profit reached 160 billion VND (348% of the plan); and 33.1 billion VND was contributed to the State budget.

The production and consumption volumes of phosphate fertilizer and NPK products both exceeded plans. Market activities continued to expand, maintaining traditional markets while developing new ones and boosting exports.

The company ensured stable employment for 340 workers, with an average income of approximately 25 million VND per person per month, a 44.5% increase compared to 2024. Social security work was actively implemented with a total support budget of over 500 million VND. Technical, investment, safety-environmental, and financial sectors were deployed synchronously; labor accidents decreased compared to the previous year, and security and order were maintained.

Notably, in 2025, the Company was honored as one of the top five units with the best Return on Equity (ROE) within the Vietnam National Chemical Group.

Entering 2026, the Company aims to continue building a clean and strong Party Committee, enhancing the leadership capacity and combativeness of Party organizations and the quality of officials and members. Simultaneously, it will strengthen inspection and supervision, promote anti-corruption and anti-waste measures, and take good care of the material and spiritual lives of employees.

Regarding business production, the Company strives to maintain double-digit growth with key targets: revenue of 1,423 billion VND, profit of 180 billion VND, and a budget contribution of 38 billion VND. The Company will focus on operating 2–3 blast furnaces stably, reducing costs, improving product quality, expanding markets, boosting exports, and ensuring labor and environmental safety toward sustainable growth.

Rated as "Excellent Completion of Tasks" in 2025

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Quy – Standing Deputy Secretary of the Group’s Party Committee, recognized and highly praised the efforts of the Party Committee, management, and employees of NFC in 2025.

He affirmed that despite a difficult fertilizer market with fierce competition and fluctuating raw material prices, the Company's Party Committee effectively played its role as the political core, leading the enterprise to exceed major business targets and ensuring stable jobs and high income for workers (averaging 25 million VND/month)—placing it among the top units in the Group. Security, labor safety, and environmental safety were maintained, and the Party building system was strengthened. With these results, the Company's Party Committee was rated by the Group’s Party Committee as having "Excellently Completed Tasks" in 2025.

In addition to recognizing these achievements, he requested the Company's Party Committee to frankly evaluate existing limitations and their causes to refine reports and develop feasible solutions for 2026—the first year of implementing the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels leading up to the 14th National Party Congress.

He emphasized that in the coming period, the Company's Party Committee must focus on several key tasks: continuing to improve the quality of Party building in terms of political ideology, personnel organization, and inspection and supervision; stepping up the fight against corruption, waste, and negativity; and focusing on cadre planning, training, and fostering, as well as developing new Party members. It is essential to seriously grasp and effectively implement the resolutions and conclusions of the Central Party Committee and the Group's Party Committee, while aligning the implementation of the 14th National Party Congress Resolution with Resolution No. 57 on science and technology development, innovation, and digital transformation.
Additionally, the Company should proactively implement Conclusion No. 208 of the Politburo on the restructuring of Party organizations in enterprises; effectively perform mass mobilization work and the Grassroots Democracy Regulations; and regularly monitor the thoughts and public opinions of officials, Party members, and employees. In leading production and business tasks, focus must be placed on enhancing production efficiency and cost management, ensuring labor and environmental safety, promoting technical improvements, and improving product quality toward sustainable growth.

On behalf of the leadership and employees of Ninh Binh Phosphate Fertilizer JSC, Mr. Phung Quang Trung – Director of the Company, expressed his sincere gratitude and earnestly accepted all the directives from the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Group's Party Committee.

He affirmed that immediately following the conference, the Party Committee and the Company's Board of Directors would concretize the directives into practical action programs and work plans; clearly assign responsibilities to each collective and individual; and strengthen inspection and supervision during the implementation process to ensure that all tasks and solutions are deployed synchronously and effectively.

He emphasized that in 2026, the Company will continue to promote its tradition of unity and spirit of innovation, proactively overcoming difficulties; focusing on maintaining and expanding markets and enhancing competitiveness; accelerating digital transformation in management and improving product quality; taking good care of the material and spiritual lives of workers; and building a strong Party Committee and mass organizations. All officials, Party members, and employees of the Company are determined to successfully achieve the goals and tasks of 2026 and subsequent years, contributing positively to the overall development of the Vietnam National Chemical Group.
