On March 4, 2026, at Ninh Binh Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company, Emulation Cluster No. 2 of the Vietnam National Chemical Group held a conference to review emulation and commendation work in 2025 and to implement orientations and tasks for 2026.

Emulation Cluster No. 2 consists of six member units: Ninh Binh Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (Cluster Leader), Lam Thao Superphosphate and Chemicals Joint Stock Company (Deputy Cluster Leader), Van Dien Fused Magnesium Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company, Viet Tri Chemicals Joint Stock Company, Vietnam Institute of Industrial Chemistry, and the College of Chemical Industry.

Attending the conference was Ms. Vu Thanh Thuy – Standing Member of the Emulation and Commendation Council and Deputy Chief of the Group’s Office; along with General Directors, standing members of the Emulation and Commendation Councils, and officials in charge of emulation and commendation work from the units within the Cluster.

The report presented at the conference indicated that in 2025, the patriotic emulation movement within Emulation Cluster No. 2 was implemented in a coordinated manner, closely associated with production and business tasks as well as the development objectives of each unit. Despite facing many difficulties such as fluctuations in raw material prices, natural disasters, and shortages of skilled labor, the units made great efforts to maintain stable production, promote technical innovation initiatives, and improve labor productivity and management efficiency.

Many practical emulation movements were effectively implemented, such as “Good Labor, Creative Labor,” “Green – Clean – Beautiful,” ensuring occupational safety and saving production costs. The units also paid attention to timely commendation of collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements, while focusing on improving the material and spiritual well-being of employees and actively participating in social welfare activities.

Thanks to the effective implementation of these emulation movements, many units in the Cluster achieved positive production and business results, meeting and exceeding numerous planned targets and contributing to the overall performance of the Vietnam National Chemical Group.

Entering 2026, Emulation Cluster No. 2 aims to continue renewing the content and methods of organizing emulation movements toward greater practicality and effectiveness, linking emulation activities with production and business tasks, digital transformation, cost reduction, and improved management efficiency, thereby encouraging member units to successfully fulfill their assigned responsibilities.

Speaking at the conference, Ms. Vu Thanh Thuy – Deputy Chief of the Group’s Office and Standing Member of the Vinachem Emulation and Commendation Council – acknowledged and highly appreciated the results of the emulation movements carried out by the units within Emulation Cluster No. 2 in 2025. She suggested that in the coming time, the units should continue to innovate the content and forms of emulation, closely link emulation movements with production and business tasks, and promote technical innovation initiatives, thereby contributing to the successful implementation of the Group’s goals and tasks.

At the conference, the units agreed to elect Lam Thao Superphosphate and Chemicals Joint Stock Company as the Cluster Leader of Emulation Cluster No. 2 for 2026 and proceeded to sign the emulation commitment agreement, demonstrating their determination to successfully fulfill the assigned tasks in the coming year.
