On the morning of April 29, 2026, Lix Detergent Joint Stock Company – Bac Ninh Branch successfully held its 2026 Employee Delegate Conference in an atmosphere of democracy, responsibility, and high consensus.

Present and directing the conference were Mr. Nguyễn Huy Thông – Member of the Standing Committee of the Group’s Party Committee, President of the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union; Mr. Ngô Xuân Tùng – Member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union; along with 119 delegates representing more than 200 officers, employees, and workers of the branch.

Outstanding Results in 2025: Exceeding Plans, Ensuring Jobs and Income

Reports at the conference showed that in 2025, the branch completed and exceeded most business targets: industrial production value reached VND 384.6 billion (106% of the plan); production output reached 19,137 tons (109%); sales output reached 18,797 tons (106%); net revenue was VND 370.1 billion (112%); pre-tax profit reached VND 28.446 billion (met the plan).

Along with business efficiency, the branch paid special attention to employee welfare. Average income reached VND 18.696 million/person/month; 100% of employees were under labor contracts and participated in all social insurance schemes. The branch also purchased comprehensive health insurance, organized periodic health check-ups, vacation trips, supported Tet travel, provided hardship allowances, gave holiday gifts, and maintained many other practical welfare benefits.

Training was promoted with 247 classes involving 8,155 participants, contributing to improved management and professional skills for staff.

Promoting Democracy, Strengthening Dialogue, and Improving Mechanisms

The conference heard reports on finance, welfare and reward funds, results of unit-level employee conferences, activities of the Grassroots Inspectorate Board, and discussed amendments to labor rules, the collective labor agreement, and issues related to occupational safety and health (OSH) and working conditions. The frank, constructive discussions reflected the high sense of responsibility among employees for the branch’s development.

At the conference, delegates elected the new-term Grassroots Inspectorate Board in accordance with regulations, ensuring democracy, transparency, and openness, and strengthening supervision mechanisms within the branch.

2026 Orientation: Safety – Quality – Digital Transformation – Efficiency

In 2026, the branch aims to maintain stable production with industrial production value of VND 385 billion, output of 19,000 tons, and pre-tax profit over VND 28.5 billion. Key tasks include: strengthening OSH, environmental, and fire prevention control; maintaining SHE talk activities; improving equipment efficiency (OEE to reach 92.5%), controlling losses, and reducing quality defects; promoting digital transformation in warehouse, quality, and production management; strictly managing materials, inventory, and logistics costs; maintaining ISO and BRC quality management systems, and strict environmental compliance.

Directive Speech from the Higher-Level Trade Union

In his speech, Mr. Nguyễn Huy Thông – President of the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union acknowledged the responsibility and efforts of the branch’s staff and employees. Despite ongoing global and domestic challenges, volatile input prices, and supply chain impacts, the unity of employees enabled Vietnam National Chemical Group to achieve positive business results. Lix Company and Bac Ninh Branch made significant contributions by exceeding targets and adding to overall profits.

Looking to 2026, he noted that difficulties may become more pronounced from the second quarter due to input price and supply challenges. Therefore, the branch needs to strengthen management, tightly control inputs and outputs, boost science and technology application and digital transformation, and never neglect OSH, fire prevention, and environmental protection.

He requested the branch trade union continue to promote creative labor emulation, practice thrift, improve productivity linked with quality and efficiency, intensify propaganda to ensure employee compliance with the branch’s rules and regulations, and effectively implement grassroots democracy regulations, building harmonious and stable labor relations and reinforcing solidarity. All activities should aim to improve living standards, increase income, and enhance employees' attachment to the company—he emphasized.

The conference held a commendation ceremony, summarized the patriotic emulation movement for 2020–2025, launched the 2026 emulation movement, and approved the Conference Resolution with high consensus.

For Workers’ Month 2026, the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union provided support to 22 employees in difficult circumstances at the branch, reflecting the union’s care and practical support for members and workers.
