Tran Huu Cuong of Apatit Vietnam Co., Ltd.: Always Striving to Do Every Task Better

In the first quarter of 2026, Mr. Tran Huu Cuong, a maintenance technician at the Mechanical and Electrical Repair Branch of Apatit Vietnam Co., Ltd., was among the individuals honored by the Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem) with the Outstanding Employee Certificate of Merit.

Mr. Cuong's work focuses on repairing and maintaining production equipment. During the first quarter, he successfully completed all assigned tasks while strictly complying with occupational safety regulations and production discipline. Whenever unexpected assignments arose or equipment failures needed to be resolved to keep production on schedule, he worked alongside his team to address issues promptly at the job site.

While carrying out his daily work, Mr. Cuong continually looks for more efficient ways to perform routine tasks. Based on his practical experience with CNC plasma cutting, he researched and implemented an initiative in 2025 titled "Application of Pronest Software for Layout Marking and Coordinate Mapping in CNC Plasma Cutting." The initiative was officially recognized by Apatit Vietnam Co., Ltd. under Decision No. 2397/QD-APTVN, dated November 27, 2025.

Using Pronest software enables layout marking and coordinate identification to be carried out directly from design data, reducing preparation time, improving cutting accuracy, and minimizing machining errors. The solution has since been adopted in the company's production operations.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Mr. Cuong actively participates in trade union activities and emulation campaigns organized by the company. Previously, he was awarded the title of Grassroots-Level Emulation Soldier by the General Director of Apatit Vietnam Co., Ltd.
