On March 27, 2025, Dry Cell and Storage Battery Joint Stock Company (PINACO) held the 2025 Employee Delegate Conference. Attending the conference were Mr. Phung Quang Hiep, Member of the Party Committee of the Government, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Members of Vietnam National Chemical Group; Mr. Le Hoang, Deputy General Director of Vietnam National Chemical Group; Mr. Nguyen Huy Thong, Chairman of the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union, and the delegates representing 1,300 employees of Company.

Reporting on the results of implementing the 2024 Employee Conference Resolution and the orientations and tasks for 2025, Mr. Nguyen Dien Phuoc Chan, Deputy General Director of Pinaco, stated that in 2024, the global landscape continued to experience many unpredictable fluctuations: political tensions between major powers, the war in Ukraine and the Middle East, and global exchange rate, interest rate, and inflation volatility... which strongly affected consumer demand and the business environment. Domestically, total consumer demand was low, and competition was fierce, especially in the battery sector. Faced with these challenges, the Company implemented a range of synchronized solutions: stimulating consumption, promoting exports, saving costs, improving techniques and quality, and deploying the 3P salary system,... to stabilize employment, ensure income for employees, and fulfill the targets assigned by the Group. With the unremitting efforts of all employees, the Company not only overcame the challenges of the past year, successfully fulfilling targets for revenue and profit, and stabilizing employment and income for employees, but also accumulated many important advantages for sustainable development in the future. Specifically: Revenue reached VND 3,849 billion, a 7% increase compared to 2023; Pre-tax profit reached VND 164 billion, a 6% increase compared to 2023; Average income reached VND 16,966,000/person/month, a 9% increase compared to 2023.

The company, in coordination with the Trade Union, launched emulation movements that were actively supported by officials, employees, and workers, especially the emulation campaign from October 1 to December 31, 2024, at all units, which received positive responses from officials, employees, and workers. The movement aimed to boost production and sales, encourage innovation, and contribute to the fulfillment of the targets for the last six months and the entire year of 2024. Initiatives and savings emulation movements continued to be implemented extensively in all units. In 2024, the entire Company recorded 105 creative ideas, of which 88 initiatives were recognized, bringing an estimated benefit value of over VND 11.725 billion. The total bonus for these initiatives was over VND 42.2 million. In particular, 02 initiatives were awarded the Creative Labor Certificate by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor - recognizing the creativity and practical contributions from employees."
