State budget revenue is estimated to at VND1,188.1 trillion (US$47.28 billion) in January-July period, equal to 69.8 percent of this year's plan, and up 14.6 percent year-on-year, reported the Ministry of Finance.
Of the above figure, domestic budget revenue reaches VND995 trillion (US$39.6 billion), equal to 68.9 percent of the estimates and up 15.8 percent year-on-year.
Revenue from crude oil is estimated to at about VND34.4 trillion (US$1.369 billion), equal to 74.7 percent of the whole year's plan, and down 2.7 percent year-on-year.
Rhe revenue from import and export activities reaches VND158.5 trillion (US$6.3 billion), equal to 77.7 percent of the estimates, and up 11.7 percent year-on-year.
Regarding budget spending, the ministry said that accumulated expenditures in the reviewed period reached VND948.3 trillion (US$37.7 billion), equal to 44.7 percent of the estimates and up 0.6 percent year-on-year.
Total budget revenue for 2024 is expected to reach over VND1.7 quadrillion (nearly US$69.8 billion) while budget spending is about VND2.1 quadrillion./. – Source: VGP–
