    The Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex) lowered the
    petroleum price by 1,140 VND (0.053 USD) per litre and diesel by 450 –
    590 VND (0.021 – 0.028 USD) per litre, starting at 11:00 on November 22.
