The Government has instructed relevant agencies to build socioeconomic development plan and propose state budget for next year, in which the Gross Domestic Product growth is targeted to reach 6-6.2 percent.

They should focus on development of service industries which have advantages and high value added.

Among the general purposes for next year are macro economy stabilization, inflation control and economic restructure towards sustainable development.

Social welfare programs will be well implemented and people’s life will be improved.

Authorized agencies should take more actions to prevent the economy from much depending on a single market.

The plan also aims at national defense and security intensification, national sovereignty protection, social order and safety, political security, administrative reform, and corruption and waste prevention.
