Technical characteristic

  • Easily use and apply; drying after 25 minutes.
  • The film coating is hard, good adhesion, good flexibility, color durable, impact resistance.
  • Good anticorrosive function, good adhesion for next coating.
  • Painting one layer. Quantity of paint for 1 m2 surface is 100-150g(practical consumption depends on the material surface).

Method of use

  • New surface: dust, oil must be removed perfectly

-Oil: clean by organic solvent

-Corrosion dust: remove by sand paper, hard brush or sand spraying.

  • Oil surface: old paint coating must be perfectly removed, then clean by sand paper, hard brush or sand spraying. After that you should paint immediately to avoid recorrosion.
