BFC to auction shares

HA NOI — Binh Dien Fertiliser Co will auction shares to the public on the HCM City Stock Exchange on November 9. The shares will have an opening reference price of VND11,000 (US$0.55). Shares to be auctioned represent about 18.5 per cent of the company's charter capital of VND397 billion ($20.35 million).
