VINACHEM

In the afternoon of November 14th, Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Tú, General Director and CEO of Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem), met and worked with Representative of Shandong Sanyue Chemical Group (山东三岳化工集团). They discussed the results of their cooperation over the past period and the direction for expanding cooperative areas in the near future.

At the meeting, the leaders of both sides highly appreciated the initial results in coordinating the deployment of activities related to the chemical sector. They also affirmed the great potential for promoting cooperation at a deeper and broader level. In the spirit of friendly cooperation and sustainable development, the two Groups discussed many new cooperation opportunities that align with each side's development strategy.

The key discussion points included:

• Cooperation in producing high-purity chemicals for the electronics and semiconductor industries, a field with high demand in Vietnam and globally.
• Applying technology for separating and extracting rare earth elements and strategic materials, aiming for the proactive supply of input raw materials for many foundational industries.
• Developing the production of technical rubber and basic chemicals, expanding the product supply chain for Vietnam's chemical industry.
• Exchanging technology and experience in production, environmental management, and specialized fields where both sides have strengths.
• Cooperation in training and human resource development, including the possibility of sending Vietnamese personnel to study, research, and train in China in the chemical sector.

Based on the contents discussed, the two sides agreed to continue coordinating and researching each cooperation direction in detail to soon implement specific programs and projects. The meeting contributed to strengthening the cooperative relationship between Vinachem and Shandong Sanyue Group, while also opening up many new development opportunities in the fields of chemicals, materials, and high technology.
