VINACHEM

For updating and expanding knowledge in labour law, policy and regulations and improving qualification of over 70 officials who are responsible for wage controls and social insurance as well as Presidents and Directors of its companies, Vinachem held a training course on wage policy and social security during July 27 - 28th 2010 in Da Nang City.

Mr. Do Duy Phi, President of Vinachem, opened the meeting. At the meeting, Ms. Tran Thi Thuy Nga, Director of Social Security Department of Ministry of Labour, War invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) gave lectures and instructed how to deal with arising problems in implementing social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance.

Mr. Hoan Minh Hao, Deputy Director of Wage Control Department (MOLISA) also answered questions on labour and wage policies.

The meeting was a good chance for officials to exchange their experiences on wage control works and social insurances for the success of overall socio-economic goals of Vinachem.
