VINACHEM

There are six members on the Board of which and Mr. Ngo Manh Hoai - Vinachem's Deputy President - is the Chairman and Mr. Vu Tien Dzung - Chairman of Vinachem's Trade Union - is the Vice Chairman. Duties and rights of the Board are stated as follows: consulting and participating with employers in the construction of management regulations and action plans of labour safety, industrial hygiene and safety measures, working condition improvement, industrial accident and occupational disease prevention. The Board also goes on an inspection tour about the implementation of labour safety at Vinachem's companies twice a year. After that it can make an evaluation report and request companies to eliminate unsafe possibilities if there are. Chairman of Labour Safety Board assigns works of every members.
