On July 27th 2010,Vinachem sent Document 622/HCVN-KT on strengthening industrial safety andhygiene and fire-explosion prevention and fighting to its companies and representativesof State capital at joint stock ones.

Under the Group’s requirement, itscompanies and representatives of State capital have to make officials, workersbe full aware of and strictly carry out regulations stated in Document7174/BCT-BCD issued by Industrial Safety Steering Committee of MOIT.

Basing on industrial safety and hygiene andfire-explosion prevention and fighting activities in the past six months, itcan be pointed out that several companies have not followed seriously Circular 13/BYT-TTdated Oct 24th 1996 of Ministry ofHealth on the administration of occupational hygiene, employees’ health and occupationaldiseases. Therefore, Vinachem's companies and representatives of State capital at joint stock ones arerequested to implement strictly the above Circular, especially the Article3.2.2 on the administration of labourers’ health.
