On April 4th 2010, Vinachem held the third quarter Hand-over meeting to evaluate Sep as well as the last nine month results, and to carry out the fourth quarter tasks.
Attending the Meeting, there were Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tuan – Chairman of the Management Board, Mr. Do Duy Phi – President, other members in the Management Board and Director Board, Head and Deputy Head of Departments, Directors of its members and affiliate companies, representatives of VIIC and Vinachem’s School.
On the behalf of the Group, Mr. Bui The Chuyen, Deputy Head of Planning-Marketing Department delivered a report on Sep and the last nine month results as follows:
- Industrial production value in Sep: 1,104 billion VND, and in the last nine month 9,329 billion VND;
- Turnover in Sep: 2,242 billion VND, and in the last nine month 19,950 billion VND;
- Budget contribution in Sep: 5 billion VND, as much as 89.4% of the annual plan;
- Profit in Sep: 1,650 billion VND, as much as 64.5% kế hoạch năm;
- Export and import turnover in the last nine months was 221 million USD, as much as 67.8% of the annual plan;
- Production and trade results of Vinachem’s key products such as fertilizers, rubber products, storage batteries, detergents, etc were reviewed.
According to the report, the last nine month investment and construction results were higher than last year, worth 4,604 billion VND in total, equivalent to 53.6% of the annual plan. As for eight important projects, the Group often pays special attention to and supervise them very cafully.
Other Vinachem’s activities such as international cooperation, science – technique – environment, industrial safety, finance and accounting, enterprise reform, etc in the past period achieved a lot of satisfactory results.
After that, the fourth quarter and the annual objectives and orientations were highlighted: Industrial production value in the fourth quarter: 4,381 billion VND, in 2010: 13,711 billion VND; turnover in the fourth quarter: 9,247 billion VND, in 2010: 29,305 billion VND; profit and budget contribution are higher than last year and so on.
SFC, Hanichemco, DRC, Tibaco, Vinaapaco, etc also made reports on their production and trade difficulties and solutions as well as asked for the support of the Group.
