Announcement Ceremony of the Decision to appoint the Chairman of the Board of Members of Vietnam Apatit Limited Company (VINAAPACO)
On March 5, 2025, Vietnam Apatit Limited Company (VINAAPACO) organized the Announcement Ceremony of the Decision to appoint Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha as the Chairman of the Member Council of VINAAPACO.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Huu Tu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Member Council, General Director and CEO of Vietnam Naitonal Chemical Group; Mr. Chu Van Giap, Member of the Member Council, along with representatives of the leadership of the Group's specialized departments and the leadership of VINAAPACO.
According to Decision No. 26/QD-HCVN dated January 23, 2025, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha, Head of the Group's Capital Representative Board, Member of the Member Council, in charge of the Member Council of Apatite Vietnam One Member Limited Liability Company, was appointed to concurrently hold the position of Chairman of the Member Council of Vietnam Apatit Limited Company. The decision takes effect from the date of signing.
At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Huu Tu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Member Council, General Director of Vietnam Chemicals Group, presented the decision and extended congratulations to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha. Mr. Nguyen Huu Tu expressed his belief that, with his capabilities and experience, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha will unite with the leadership, staff and employees of VINAAPACO, promote the achieved results, and excellently complete the assigned tasks.
