May 23, 2011, the Prime Minister's has been Decision No. 765/QĐ-TTg about appointment Board of Management of VINACHEM.
Appointment Board of Management of VINACHEM as following:

1. Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tuan, Chairman of Board, hold office Chairman of the Board.

2. Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang, the President & CEO of Vietnam National Chemical Group, hold office a member of the Board.

3. Mr. Lai Cao Hien, member of the Board and chief of the Control Board, hold office as membership.

4. Mr. Nguyen Gia Tuong, Vice President of Vinachem, Member of the Board, hold office as membership.
