In May 30th 2010, at Labourer Meeting 2010, Director Board of Microbiological and Chemical Industry Joint Stock Company (Bicico) and its Trade Union launched Emulation Movement 2010. The goal of the movement is to create physical and moral force which encourages its officials and workers in finishing 2010 objectives successfully, boosting Bicico's strong development as well as improving employees' life.

Bicico' s Emulation Movement 2010 focuses on the following contents:

- Minimising occupational diseases, serious industrial accidents, fire and explosion in the Company;

- Striving for 94.3 billion VND turnover, 7.45 billion VND profit, 3.48 million VND income/person/month;

- Maintaining and improving quality management system according to ISO 9001:2000 standard in the whole Company; carrying out TPM, 5S program well;

- Applying technical innovations and initiatives into production, raising labour productivity, economising materials and raw materials, minimising production costs and increasing products' competitiveness;

For the implementation of the above contents, Bicico's Director directly launched the Movement in the whole Company and asked its members to set up their own goals basing on the general objectives of the Company. Bicico's Trade Union is responsible for propangadising and mobilising the support and participation of its officials and workers in the movement.

The Emulation Movement 2010 will end in Jan 2011. Certificates and awards for Bicico's subsidiaries and individuals will be presented basing on the specific results.
