Oct 24, 2011, The Prime Minister has got document agree to establish Ninh Binh Nitrogenous Fertilizer Limited Comapany under Vietnam National Chemical Group (VINACHEM) ownership.

The Prime Minister requested The Council Members of VINACHEM receptive to the opinions of the Ministry decided to establish and approve organization and operation charter of this company according to current regulations.

Initially, Provisional charter capital of Ninh Binh Nitrogenous Fertilizer Limited Company at the present time is 2,500 billionVND.

The Prime Minister asked the Council members of VINACHEM must map out a route, measures to increase the company's Provisional charter capital reaching the standard law, stabilize production, business and to ensure effective investment, implement equitization of this company before 2015.

Currently, VINACHEM holding 100% charter capital of 7 limited companies; holding over 50% charter capital of 21 join stock company and holding below 50% of 16 company. /.
