At the 36th congress ofofficial and employees was held in Jan 02, 2011, representatives of Ha Bac Nitrogenous fertilizer and Chemical Limited Company (HANICHEMCO) said, in 2010 collective official and employees in the company were united, creative labor strive fulfill the objectives of the mission in 2010 with the industrial production value reached 650 billion VND, revenue reached 1,300 billion VND.
In 2010, the company has implemented 23 projects with 79 packages, especially renovation project – expanding Ha Bac Fertilizer Plantwas constructed in end of the month 11/2010.

Besides the activities of production business and investment construction, in 2010 the company also has developed good work: labor protection and safety and sanitation, internal political security and carelife for employees, ... and actively participate in building and developing brands through mass media channels.
With many achievements in all activities, in 2010, the company has been some number of titles: Vietnam Gold Rice Award - Brand Quality Gold, Award of International Economic Integration II in 2010, Vietnam Gold Star Award in 2010 and The Cause of Agriculture, Rural and Farmer Development Award in 2010.
Promote the achievements of 2010, turned in 2011, the Company has got plan to strive reach: over 681 billion VND of industrial production value, nearly 1,400 billion VND in revenue. Production of major products striving to achieve goals such as: urea reach over 191 thousand tons, NH3 reach 8,000 tons, liquid CO2 reach 28,900 tons, solid CO2 reach 700 tons, electric power reach 250 million kWh, ...

In 2011 will be the first year of five-year plan period (2011-2015), therefore, the collective official and employees of company will determination to strive successful implementation of goals to create momentum for the implementation of the tasks of the next years in the planning.
